One hour group clinic
Pitching Level 1

Everyone starts here. Skills taught will include the proper mechanics and control of a fastball. Upon completion of level 1, your pitcher will be throwing a 40 MPH fastball with control and will have solid mechanics to build upon.

Pitching Level 2

Participants will have successfully completed level 1. Skills taught at this level include increased speed, location control, learning how to read batters and a change-up. Upon completion of level 2, your pitcher will be throwing a 50 MPH fastball, hitting the corners of the strike zone based on what the batter is doing and will be able to throw a change-up that looks like a fastball delivery.

Pitching Level 3

Participants have successfully completed level 2. Skills taught at this level include increased speed and control, learning how to read batters even better, the drop, rise,curve ball and more...

Any qualified 10U pitcher throwing a 35 MPH fastball qualifies for the Coaching-Fastpitch.com 25 MPH Club.

Any qualified 12U pitcher throwing a 45 MPH fastball qualifies for the Coaching-Fastpitch.com 45 MPH Club.

Any pitcher throwing a 55 MPH fastball qualifies for the Coaching-Fastpitch.com 55 MPH Club.
