This past week we played four league games and five tournament games. We did ok in league play, winning two and loosing two. The tournament however was a lot more challenging. We won one and lost four. We played a couple of seasoned teams that beat us soundly. This isn't all bad. The best teams exposed every mistake we made by taking advantage of them. Between innings and after the games, we were able to talk about our mistakes and learn from them. Seeking out strong compitition helps your team get better. Here is this weeks practice plan.

We have four league games again this week (two nights of double headers) and a one day, three game tournament this Saturday. I'll let you know how we did in next week’s newsletter. Please, use the Coaches Input Form to let me know how your team is doing. Are you seeing improvement? How are your practices going? How about your games? I really am interested in hearing about your progress.

Until next week, I'll see you on the field.
